By Plane:
There are daily flights from the airport of Spata (Athens) to the airport of Santorini and vice-versa. During the summer months, there are roughly 10-14 flights daily while in winter they decrease to about 5-8 flights. Also, Santorini is connected with other cities in Greece (Thessalonica, Rhodes, Creta, Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Syros). There are flights directly to Cyprus, as well as a lot of other cities all over Europe (charter flights).
By Ferry:
There is a daily itinery from the harbour of Piraeus and Thessaloniki to the harbour of Santorini and vice-versa. The journey lasts approximately 8 hours depending on the weather and the time of the season.And there is also Flying cat and High speed ferry who takes about 4 hours. The harbour of Santorini is also connected with Rhodes, Ios, Paros, Naxos, Syros, Tinos, Heraklion. Amorgos, Sikinos, Folegandros and Mykonos but with less frequent itineries.
