The travel agency the payment of the hotel each end of the month.
Cancelation policy : If one reservation canceled 14 days before the schedule arrival the hotel charge 33% of the total cost the travel agency & before 7 days of the schedule arrival the hotel Charge 66% of the total cost (is necessary the travel agency ask from the guest one deposit).
In case the quest don't show up then the hotel is charge 100%of the total cost.
If customer closed at least 5 rooms though of travel agency (group or members of companies) then the customer have one discount -8% of the Net Price.
